Piedmont tudor renovation

Located in the neighborhood of Piedmont, in North Portland, this 1930’s Tudor has been well loved and was ready to be brought back to its original glory. The kitchen and bath received a complete renovation, while the dining room and breakfast nook were given a refresh.

Our main design goal is always to stay true to the home's original architecture while introducing some modern updates, all perfectly blended with the client’s aesthetic. Floating walnut shelves with adorable brass brackets were perfect for storing the client’s many plants and glassware. Unique, floral sconces in both the kitchen and bathroom were a functional way to add even more detail.

A fluted walnut vanity brings contrast to the soft, blush bathroom. The mosaic tile, beadboard wainscotting, and zellige tile shower fill the tone on tone space with lovely textures. With marble floors, a pastel palette, and arch-ways throughout, this home has no shortage of classic charm.
